Quick Note:

If your lasagna sheets fit into your single-serving baking dish, you’re in luck. I had to adjust the size of my lasagna sheets to fit my dish, trimming a bit from the edge of each sheet to make them fit properly. You can cut the lasagna sheets just with your knife.

Repeat these steps until the dish is filled and you’ve used up your ingredients. I used 3 lasagna sheets plus the trimmed edges arranged along the sides.
